I recently stayed at Al-Almada-2 for three nights during my trip to Porto. The communication from the host was excellent and everything was ready upon my arrival. The room was equipped with a towel, Porto promotional leaflets, and shower gels in the bathroom. I particularly loved the balcony that overlooked the bustling city streets. The location was perfect for me as I enjoy being in the heart of the city. The decor was unique and added a fun touch to my stay. The bed was comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the guest house was impressive. I would definitely come back here.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. The balcony facing the street made the room quite noisy, and there was only one shared bathroom, which sometimes caused a wait.

I stayed at Al-Almada-2 in Porto for two nights with my 5-year-old son. The location was perfect, right in the center close to alliados and Ribeira. It was easily accessible by public transport, including the metro station to/from the airport. Our room, number 5, had a lovely pink theme and a nice balcony with a view. The room was clean and spacious, with a simple but complete kitchen. The shared toilet and shower were both good. Despite being in the center, it was quiet at night, and we could darken the room completely with special doors. The old building gave a wonderful Portuguese feeling, and I loved the decoration by Christiana. She was an excellent host, easily reachable on WhatsApp and responded quickly. The wifi was perfect.
